FROM CAREGIVER TO CARE NAVIGATOR

A personal journey turned into a lifelong mission

Everyone knows someone who is caring for an aging loved one.

For me, it was personal — nine years of being a hands-on family caregiver. I struggled to find answers, understand options, and feel supported through an overwhelming system.

That experience changed my life. Since 2005, I’ve worked side by side with both families and professionals — as a trusted guide through the complexities of aging. Whether you're a loved one making hard decisions, or a provider supporting someone through them, I’m here to offer clarity, compassion, and continuity of care.

EXPERTISE YOU CAN COUNT ON

Empathy meets ongoing professional growth

Every caregiving situation is different, but the emotions are universal — confusion, concern, hope, love.

I combine lived experience with professional training to support older adults and those who care for them, directly or professionally.

I continue to grow in my field through advanced certifications, including:

  • Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP)

  • Dementia Connection Specialist (DCS)

  • Serves on the AgeGuide Advisory Council

I work with people from all walks of life to find practical, compassionate solutions that truly fit. And I stay up to date, because the more I know, the better I can serve.
